This new build villa was designed with a few different features that were specifically requested by our clients, such as the traditional red clay roof that is so common in Portugal.
The design maintains nonetheless a modern feel, with large windows that allow plenty of natural light and a spacious open-plan living area that flows onto the outdoors.
Energy-efficient solar panels are another example of the features that a client may add to their new build home in Portugal, such as choosing all the finishings and materials according to their personal taste and lifestyle.
